Memorial Day Salute + Nordstrom Gift Card Giveaway

Happy Memorial Day!  About two years ago when my dad passed away and I was cleaning out the closets and drawers and discovered a fact that I didn’t know existed.  Tucked in a drawer were some old mementos that my mom had from when her mom passed away.  I found a military id card that was my grandfathers.  I believe it was from the Coast Guard.  My whole life I never knew that my grandpa served our country.  This makes me proud.  He passed away when I was 5 years old (1970).  I’m thankful to him and all of the men and women who serve(d) our country.  I salute you all!
