It’s my favorite time of the summer! The sales are rolling in like crazy at all of my favorite stores and websites. But if I have to be honest, Nordstrom is probably my favorite department store. Their annual Anniversary sale is, without question, THE BEST TIME to pick up items that you know you’re going to want in the future (some things can be worn right away too). I think my Nordstrom pieces from the anniversary sale are what I wear most often year after year.
I thought I’d help you get a head start on my insight for this year’s sale because I see some things that are so good that I put them on my wish list. Fingers crossed that they’re available when I get to shop. That brings me to a little description of when shopping will commence…
June 27 – July 8th – Preview days
July 9-14 – Icon
July 10-14 – Ambassador
July 11-14 – Influencer
July 15 – August 4 – Open to the public. This means everyone can shop regardless of cardholder status.
So here’s what I advise you to do…
Click on the items you’re interested in from my picks below as well as on the Nordstrom Anniversary Preview pages on the website. Choose your size (if it’s clothing) and then choose Add to Wishlist (since you can’t add the items to your cart yet). By adding to your wishlist, you’ll have everything that you’re interested in all ready to go when your shopping date arrives. Another good thing about having items on a wishlist is that Nordstrom will send you notifications if your items are restocked and they also send you notifications if the items go on sale in the future. This is one of my favorite things about Nordstrom.
