My Favorite Makeup and Skincare Products for Mature Skin

I’ve always adored the thrill of the hunt for the perfect beauty products. After all, we are worth every bit of the effort and time it takes to find products that make us look and feel fabulous. This, dear friends, is not about age; it’s about attitude. We all know know that our mature skin requires a different kind of care from when we were younger. I can’t ever resist sharing a few of my favorite makeup and skincare products for mature skin. These have worked wonders for my own skin as well as some makeup that’s keeping me looking my best.

Beauty Favorites I’m Currently Loving

This is an amazing makeup primer with skincare ingredients. It’s clean beauty, silicone-free dewy makeup primer with hyaluronic acid that grips makeup for up to 12 hours and hydrates skin to prevent meltdown and caking. Comes in 2 sizes.

Kiehl’s Anti-aging Skincare Products: This brand has top quality skincare. These products that I have are tailored for mature skin. Be sure to check out the gentle Retinol serum and eye treatments that are at the top of my list. Now is the perfect time to shop these products before the sale ends on 11/06!

This serum blush cheek tint. by Laura Geller feels great on the skin. It’s buildable too. I bought a few shades including a peachy shade called Beautiful Blossom (left) and a blue toned pink called Practical Pink (right) The sponge comes off for easy washing. It also includes an extra sponge with each one. Big sale happening now!

Here’s my favorite facial cleaning sponges from Amazon. When I put it in water obviously it turns into a nice big sponge. I love these for getting all of the cleansers off of my face.

There’s a reason IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream with SPF 50+ is a favorite foundation for women over 40. It goes beyond color-correcting to include your full coverage foundation, anti-aging serum and mineral sunscreen in one. I’ve used it for many years and highly recommend it. I use the shades Fair Light and Light Medium, depending on the time of year.

I love Tarte’s Shape Tape for bronzing and contouring — comes as a set on QVC for an amazing price. It helps to warm up the face all year long and is available in several shades.

Here’s another favorite from Tarte! Their eyeshadow palettes are some of my all time favorites because they’re highly pigmented and blend out easily. This new one that I bought has gorgeous warm colors that are perfect for every occasion. Would make a great holiday gift too!

I love this brand for lip hydration during the day or while I sleep. Long time favorite beauty product.

IT Cosmetics does it again with this concealer. I use it under my eyes and anywhere I need to cover or conceal a blemish or redness. I love that it has a built-in applicator brush. I use shade 20 (light cool).

I could ramble on forever, but I wanted to share these few favorites which have become staples in my beauty routine. Remember, you are beautiful at any age. It’s all about discovering what works best for you and embracing the beautiful journey of maturity. These are just some of the products at the top of my list.
