The June BoxyLuxe Revealed

I get excited when my beauty subscription box arrives in the mail these days. Since I’m only subscribed to the Boxy Charm program right now, these only moments are even more exciting. Regular subscribers of this beauty subscription are eligible to receive the BoxyLuxe upgrade. The upgraded box is an additional $28 added to the regular $21 for these quarterly boxes. These deluxe boxes replace the regular BoxyCharm box every third month are SO worth it! I’ve been so impressed with the items in the past that I just know that each new box is going to have more products to put a smile on my face.  You can see my previous box in this post.

The theme for the June Boxyluxe is Getaway, which is perfect timing for my summer vacations. Let’s see what was inside…

This is the preview of the box that I kinda cheated and peeked at on the BoxyCharm website. Not all items are exactly the same as what I received.

Tarte Tartiest Pro Glow Cheek Palette V3: This is a beautiful face palette filled with blush, highlighter and bronzer made with their Amazonian Clay formula. It’s perfect for summer and great for travel. MSRP $45.00

Dominique Cosmetics Lemonade Lipgloss in Peach Tea: I can always use another lipgloss product in my collection. This one is a beautiful peach color with a light vanilla scent. The packaging is beautiful. As much as I like this lipgloss there’s nothing extra special about it to make it stand out from other lipgloss products (in my opinion). MSRP $17.00

Touch in Sol No Poreblem Prime Essence: This is K Beauty product that is used as the last step in your skincare routine help your makeup stay. It’s formulated to tighten pores and keep skin looking silky smooth. It’s very lightweight and absorbs fast into my skin. So far it’s a winner. MSRP $23.00

Dr Brandt Clean Biotic PH Balanced Yogurt Cleanser with Chlorophyll: I love the Dr Brandt brand of skincare so this one made me happy to see in my box. This is a prebiotic multi-tasking cleansing yogurt to melt away makeup and hydrate skin. I haven’t used it yet as I’m testing out several other skincare products. MSRP $35.00

Pharmacy Honeymoon Glow AHA Resurfacing Night Serum: This is a 3-in-one multitasking product to resurface, hydrate and clarify the skin. I haven’t used it yet because again, I’m currently testing out some other skincare products. I do look forward to using this though because I do love the Pharmacy lineup of products. The Honeymoon Glow uses 14 percent AHA/BHA gentle flower acids to give a more youthful appearance to the skin. MSRP $58.00

Living Proof Full Dry Volume Blast: Can we be honest here, the last thing my hair needs is more volume. LOL!! This is an AMAZING haircare brand and I am certain that this is a great product. I will try it out to get the texture I like. It also offers UV protection, is silicone free and is safe for colored hair. MSRP $29.00

Trestique Good Vibes Mascara: Don’t know about you, but I ALWAYS need new mascara. It’s the one makeup product that I can’t live without. This one is super cool. It’s for curling, lengthening and volumizing lashes. It has a curler tool right on the tube, so no more searching for that in your vanity drawers. MSRP $25.00

Skin & Co Truffle Therapy Radiant Dew Mist: This face mist is formulated with botanical extracts to soothe, protect and illuminate the skin. Not only does this spray help to give a radiant glow to the skin, but it also rebalances the skin’s pH level, tightens pores and sets makeup. MSRP $35.00

PYT Mini Turbo On-the-go Hair Dryer: This is a super cute little hair dryer for use at home or on the go. It comes in a cute carrying bag to make it easy to throw into your suitcase, gym or overnight bag. The hairdryer is tiny and very lightweight. It comes with the two attachments shown. It’s listed with a MSRP of $85.00, however the high price surprises me for this hair dryer.

Verdict of the June BoxyLuxe:

I think this quarter’s BoxyLuxe was fantastic and completely worth the money that I paid for it. I will use every single item from the box. If you’re on the fence about subscribing to this beauty box I highly recommend you check it out. It’s my favorite one because it always has full size quality products that I know I will use. Of course there’s an occasion dud for me, but I’ve enjoyed and used almost everything from every month. This month’s total MSRP is $352 for the low cost of $49.
