Are you looking for a new foundation? I wasn’t either until I walked into my local Sephora store and spotted the latest release from Hourglass Cosmetics. This is called Hourglass Vanish Seamless Finish Foundation Stick. From the moment I started using it I started to see my skin a new light. I’ve gotten many compliments on my skin, as well. You know your foundation is working for you when you get compliments on your skin.

The Hourglass website describes the Vanish Seamless Foundation Stick as follows:
“A revolutionary foundation stick with the coverage of a concealer, the fluidity of a liquid, and the weightlessness of a powder in a long-wearing waterproof formula for undetectable full coverage. The unprecedented concentration of pigment in this foundation provides maximum coverage with minimum product, concealing all discoloration and imperfections for flawless skin with a seamless finish.”
This foundation is available in 26 shades, so there should be one to match every skin tone. I’m currently wearing the Shell shade which is light with neutral undertones. The .25 ounce stick of foundation retails for $46.
Description of the Vanish Foundation:

How to use:
I simply dot the foundation on to my skin and blend it in with a brush. I didn’t choose to purchase the recommended Vanish Seamless Foundation brush. Instead, I use the It Cosmetics Heavenly Luxe Complexion Perfection Brush #7. What I love about this brush is that it is double-sided. I use the large brush for blending the product on most of my face and the small end for the areas close to my eyes and around my nose.
Verdict:
I feel like this is a revolutionary product and I’m already a huge fan. The best thing about this foundation is that it has buildable coverage. I can use a little bit for a sheer look or add additional layers for full coverage. I can add extra product to areas that need more concealing as well. My skin looks pretty flawless with this foundation. The foundation stick is a little bit pricy at $46. However, a little bit goes a long way. The stick is very convenient, easy and quick to use. It’s perfect for travel or just keeping in your purse for easy and mess free touch ups. I’ll probably be purchasing a backup of this foundation soon because I don’t want to be caught without it!

I love this foundation, so hard. A tiny bit gives me my preferred coverage, it feels as light as air on my face and the finish isn’t makeup, it’s just pretty skin.
