Holiday Makeup Sets

Holiday makeup sets are a great time to buy, especially the value sets.  I’ve been pretty disciplined these past few months at not buying every single holiday makeup set I’ve seen in my favorite stores.  I’ve only actually purchased a few sets from this year’s collections.  Since they’re usually limited edition and available in limited quantities I sometimes just can’t help myself…

I love giving and receiving the perfume sampler sets from Sephora. They come with nice sized samples of luxury perfume and a voucher to get a full-sized bottle of the perfume that you like best at any time of the year.  They also make these in a men’s version and it’s been a hit with my 18 year old son for several years now.

The Bronzer Wardrobe from Too Faced is a winner!  It comes with four deluxe-size, bestselling bronzers from shimmer to matte finishes plus a cruelty-free teddy bear hair flatbuki brush that’s actually quite nice and conveniently sized for travel.  I actually purchased this set for myself at Sephora a few months ago.  This limited edition set is only $22 and is exclusive to Sephora.

The Naked Vault from Urban Decay would be considered the big daddy of them all!  This set is for someone who doesn’t have the Nakeds and deserves an EXTRA special treat this year.  You can’t go wrong with this one at $280 (if you can still find it).

At $200, this stunning lip set from Tom Ford is high on my list.  It’s called the Bold Colors Lip Gift Set and it makes me drool!  LOL!  These lip sets are available in several different shade ranges from nudes to brights on the Tom Ford website.
