I’m always looking to help my friends out and to share their greatness with the world. I’ve decided to do a new series here on my blog called Empowered Women – Sharing the Love. For this series I will be featuring a different woman each week so that others can get to know her better. Having a tribe of like-minded women is very important in this day and age.

Once we reach a certain age or rather a certain milestone in life (such as empty nester, work from home rather than at an office, etc) it can be more difficult to find that friend, group of friends, or supportive group that you need in your life. I’ve definitely met some of my long-lost, soul mate sisters in the past few years. I also have some amazing ladies in my life that I’ve known since childhood.
I hope you’ll consider being featured here on my blog so that I can share you with the rest of the world. You just may find your tribe of like-minded women right here who will lift you and support you in all of your endeavors.

I love sharing a look into my life and making connections with women all over the world. My favorite piece of advice that was shared with me and that I like to share with others is how important it is to take care of yourself. You can not take care of others if you are run down and exhausted! Be at your best so you can do your best which includes rest, a healthy diet, water, and self love!
